How do I place an order?
The best way to place an order is to send a DM on Instagram or TikTok @a1therugplug. Also , you can send a message to The Rug Plug on Facebook. There is the option to use the Chat feature on the website but please be aware that the chat feature will send an email and emails are checked at the end of each business day. Social media DMs are preferred for best response times.
I want a rug made but I don’t know what to get, what should I get?
There are endless possibilities for designs of a custom made rug. If you have the Pinterest app, you can search “rug tufting” to give you some ideas. Also you can use Google to find pictures and ideas of various custom made rugs.
How do I purchase a rug?
Simply contact The Rug Plug via DM on whichever app you prefer. Once the details of your desired rug design is communicated and agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion of your rug.
Do you ship? How much does shipping cost?
Yes. After your rug is completed, you will receive shipping details and a tracking number. Shipping is a $25 fee for all rugs.
